Since I moved to France 🇫🇷 rock climbing has been climbing near the Massif des Vosges ⛰ famous for the Route des Vins 🍇 During summer vacations, I also go climbing in the south of France, Switzerland, Italy and Japan etc. Recently, I often go to indoor gyms, but I prefer outdoor climbing to indoor climbing.

After a shoulder injury, the challenge is not to ask for a grade, but how to continue. I'm stiff and not strong, but I want to climb nice routes smartly.
