The first attempt was a bit of a mess. The second was amazingly easy to climb "L'antilopette (7b)" 😆

Marie, a climbing friend of mine, invited me to go climbing in Wachtfels for the first time in two months.

The Wachtfels is a small climbing area located in Obersteinbach at the northern end of the Bas-Rhin department in northeastern France.

With a maximum height of 40 meters, it is a good-looking climbing area. There are four main areas with about 83 climbing routes. However, most people climb at Secteur Central, where there is a big wall.

The area around Wachtfels was much greener and warmer than the last time I was here, with occasional sunshine 😊

L'antilopette (7b) is a balancing route except for the takeoff. It is mentally tough but not too difficult physically.

The first attempt was a messy climb â˜č But on the second attempt, to my partner's surprise, I was able to correct and climb. It was a good experience 😆
